Founded in 2015 by an Oglala Sioux Tribal member, with a Majority Board of Native Americans, NMRC is an Urban Indian Organization (UIO) Incorporated in the Nebraska Panhandle. Our organization is unique in our mission and approach to help end the problem of inter-generational poverty that plaques our minority communities.
