  • Job Summary: The Community Prevention Liaison is responsible for implementing program aimed at reducing substance abuse among youth and young adults. This role involves community outreach, education, partnership building, and policy advocacy to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent drug and alcohol misuse.

• Position Title: School Prevention Liaison (Youth & Young Adults) - (1) Full time position
